Yes — jobsites, pits, farms and forestry landings are normal territory, anywhere south of Duncan (and case-by-case just beyond). Text site access details with your booking: gate codes, ground conditions, and where the machine sits. If a site has restrictions or check-in rules, tell us and we'll follow them.
Which equipment brands do you service?
The common construction and agricultural brands seen on the island — Cat, Komatsu, Hitachi, John Deere, Kubota, Case, New Holland, Bobcat, JCB and similar. Diesel, hydraulic and electrical fundamentals transfer across brands; if you run something rare, text the model and we'll confirm before booking.
Can you service machines on a schedule, by hours?
That's the right way to do it — off-road machines service by engine hours, not calendar. Send us your fleet list and current hour readings and we'll build a rotation that catches services on time, with reminders and booking handled entirely by text.
A machine died mid-shift. What should the operator do?
